We just have to share the good news with you! We are expecting and our bundle of happiness is arriving this Friday, May 25th!
Update, Sunday, May 27th, 2018: We picked up our sweet new baby on Friday where on the drive home she and Murphy became fast friends. She’s settling in at home well and soon we’ll formally introduce here soon.
One of the things keeping up from her formal introdcution is – we’re still stuck on a name! The entries were so close. Mia almost won, but Murphy gets confused with the “M” sound so we still need your suggestions – please fill out the forms below so we can give our beautiful new baby a name. We can’t call her “Here Sweety” forever; it’s completely confusing her!
Okay, we’ll let you off the hook here right away. We’re not expecting a sibling for our son. No, we’re expecting a sibling for our ever loyal, very talented doghouse real estate expert, Murphy! A while ago we noticed that Murphy, who has a really playful side, wanted to continue to play and play and play…and play. She just loves it. She needed a sibling to complete her life.
We started looking and we wanted to rescue, to give a home to a pet in need. There are so many out there that, we don’t know the exact numbers. If you do and would like to share it with us, feel free to contact us here or on Facebook. We’d love to hear from you.
Our search began and we found our newest family member through a Cavalier rescue. She did not have the greatest start in life, she was born into a puppy mill and because of this she’ll always be small, but her time in that horrid industry was short so she doesn’t have any emotional issues stemming from it and the foster mother who took care of says she’s just the sweetest pup ever, giving love and more and that she is always just so happy!!
They say what she really needs is love, attention, and affection and we are so ready to give her that and more…except, we have an issue. It’s not a large one but we’re coming down to three days here till our bundle of joy arrives and we don’t have a name for her yet! No pressure really, it’s just that it’s not good practice to call the new doggie in your life, “hey you!” We don’t her responding to everyone who may yell that in public. She’ll be running all over the place when we’re out!
We have a short list of names: Trixie: Dylan; Althea; Harper; Kenzie; Mia; Phoebe; Phoenix; and Hershey. You can pick a name in the form below or give a name you choose.
