Our home was marketed so well that we received two offers within two days of it being listed. Everyone knows a realtor, right? But, how do you know your friend is the right person to sell your house? My husband, Dan and I haven’t sold a house in 16 years so it was a daunting task to find someone we both agreed would be the best person to sell our house.
